About the Event
Why do we get baptized? Jesus did it! And Scripture urges us to do it. As we identify with Jesus’s death burial and resurrections, we come face to face with our true identity as a child of the King (Acts 2:38). We encounter the Spirit of God that gives us the power to live out our true identity, and over come the challenges of life. Baptism is an outward expression of obedience of the inward reality in our lives.
