About the Event
Tickets: If selecting a room to share with multiple people (2, 3, 4), each person must pay the room price.
Friday arrival time: Check-in for the hotel begins at 4:00pm. We will begin the evening with a short welcome at 5:15pm and then dinner will be served at 5:30.
Departure: We will wrap up by 1:00pm on Saturday.
